Benevolence

Soma Eastside Benevolence Fund was created to help people who live in Issaquah, Sammamish, Fall City, and are in need.  This is usually initiated by a request for financial assistance which could cover rent, food, car payments, medical appointments, marriage counseling, appliance repair, medications, etc. We meet with the individual making the request in order to establish a relationship. Our hope is to have the opportunity during a time of crisis to explain that we do this because the love Jesus has shown us. We utilize many community resources in addition to our Benevolence Fund as we work with people in our community.

If you are interested in donating to this fund simply designate your donation to Benevolence at the time you give.  If you give online, there is a drop-down menu and you can select Benevolence.  If you write a check put Benevolence in the memo line, and if you give cash put it in an envelope or attach a note marked Benevolence.

Contact Jay Kirschenman -  to get the Benevolence Request form.
